Becoming a college professor by the age of twenty-seven, on paper I've achieved what many aspire to: respect, recognition, and forward momentum. 

For five years, I lived inside a version of success that looked whole but felt internally incomplete, as if I the ceiling could rise higher If I understood myself more fully.  I was accomplished yes, but not fully expressed in all my talents. Moving forward, but not in full alignment with all of my truth.

 Overtime, it became clear that I was the common denominator. I was ignoring my deeper desires, minimizing my power, and mistaking achievement for fulfillment. 

That realization led me to question, where do I go from here? Who am I beneath my roles, and what would it look like to live from that place? 

As I moved through an identity reckoning,  I began to see the patterns clearly.

• I shrunk in professional spaces.

• I tolerated misalignments in my personal life.

• I experienced an earth shattering heartbreak that was not inevitable - it was the result of abandoning myself in the process and a hard life lesson. 

But once I learned how to hold my power, everything shifted. I stopped reacting to life, and started being the architect of my world and leaped into my new reality.

My decisions became cleaner, my boundaries stronger, my direction unmistakable, and my reflection in the mirror changed along with wealth. I learned how to master my reality and create what I desire by shifting my identity.
